Whether you are a beginner learning how to lift or a pro wanting to perfect your form, this clinic is for you. We break down the 4 most important lifts (Back Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, and Power clean) and use video analysis to correctly show you how to correct the movement and to see where your body is holding you back!
This 4 day clinic highlights 1 exercise a day. We teach you the correct way to perform the exercise, then we help you progress the weight little by little each set. This will show you how weight affects the movement and by using the video analysis, we will be able to show you exactly where your body is lacking. Videos analysis of every set will show you any imbalances within the body and where you need to make up strength to perfect the movement!
After we go over the main lift, we will then take each athlete through an accessory movement workout that will help each athlete understand how to build the core exercise for the day. This will help them realize its about more then just those big 4 exercise and in order to see the best results you have to be doing more in the gym then just deadlifting, squatting, cleaning and benching!
At the end of the clinic, we will be sending everyone home with a personalized corrective exercise program that is built off of what we saw throughout the camp. This program will help you strengthen your weaknesses, fix the imbalances and help you become a more advanced lifter!
